How much time does it take to approve a listing?

Once you upload your listing, we do our own research just to re-check in case something is missing or if we need to follow-up. However, we have a team working hard around the clock, so you can get your listing approved somewhere between 24 to 72 hours.
For larger projects, outside residential and smaller office spaces, as well as listings in remote areas, it may take a while longer to get an approval. Don’t be disheartened though, we just want to make the experience more efficient for everyone!


What does “send inquiry” mean?

Why didn’t my listing get approved?

If your listing did not get approved it may be because of the following reasons:

Your property image did not meet our guideline requirements.
The property details enlisted did not exist.
Your address was not verifiable.

How can I change my account details?

After login you should click on your name and then click on profile from dropdown menu to change your account info.


How can I change my property description?

Go to the My Properties tab in your user name drop down menu and click on the edit icon of the property you desire to edit.


How can I change my property sale status?

Go to the My Properties tab in your user name drop down menu and click on the 'Change Status' button.


What does “Wanted” mean?
